The VENUE

St Bride's is a City of Edinburgh Council lifelong learning facility providing a year round programme of classes, community activities and film screenings alongside music, theatre and dance performances.

Accessibility:

Wheelchair users access to the venue is by a ramped entrance to the café-bar with the wheelchair accessible toilet located to the rear of this area. The Big Room is fully accessible to wheelchairs, but, as there is limited space, advance notice is welcomed. Please call 0131 346 1405 to advise Faye Ward, Venue Manager or her staff of your visit and of any assistance we can provide.

The Big Room has an induction loop available.

As there are 4 steps down to The Back Room this, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible.

Food/Drink:

First Coast, Dalry's quality local bistro, will provide fresh, tasty food. Both First Coast and the venue bar will open daily one hour prior to the start time of the first show. Food and drink cannot be taken into the Big Room.

First Coast opened in 99-101 Dalry Road in April 2003, and rapidly acquired an excellent reputation for competitively priced quality food. The restaurant is a very genuine year-round Edinburgh experience rather than something that is geared towards visitors. All of First Coast's food is made from scratch on their premises, from the bread to the ice cream. In the restaurant they do quality bistro food - to them, taste is king and they keep their prices very competitive to attract custom through the week and not just at the weekend.

Pictures of the restaurant and the food can be found at First Coast.
