The Scots Singer of the Year 2008 performs an emotive blend of creatively re-worked traditional material alongside self-penned songs, many inspired by the local history and landscape of Dumfriesshire.
With three critically acclaimed albums to her name Smith is currently working on an album of Robert Burns material for release in October 2009.
TV work includes BBC1's Hogmanay Show and new series of Transatlantic Sessions.
Backed by her band on fiddle, guitars, banjo & double bass.
