Considering Georgia O'Keeffe is a one-woman show created by Allison Hetzel that explores, through the voice of an actor, the life and art of the iconic painter Georgia O'Keeffe. Inspired by O'Keeffe's paintings and biography, Hetzel creates a performance that interprets elements of the painter's life and work for the stage.
Hetzel teaches courses in acting, voice, and speech, as well as vocal coaches productions in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of Alabama. She recently performed in Biel, Switzerland in a theatre and dance performance titled, So You Always Want Me to Paint Flowers.
